Payment Refund Procedure:

P2Pcerts have the simplest refund procedure. The documents that we require from you are as under:


  • We will need a scanned copy of your enrollment slip so that we can know about your date of registration for the exam.
  • We also require a scanned copy of your result card.
  • Send us the order no. of the purchased product.
  • Your full name and the method of payment you used.
  • Send us all the details on our email support@p2pcerts.com
  • You can avail of any of the two options. Either get the payment or purchase any other product in same amount. We refund the amount within seven working days.

Below is the list of points that we follow before giving a refund to the Students. The candidates who fall under the below-mentioned categories are eligible for the refund.


  • The Students used the exam dumps for the preparation for a minimum of seven days.
  • The Students did not skip the actual exam because of personal issues.
  • The Students bought the product within the last three months from us.
  • We will not provide a refund for the non-proctored exams.
  • Students who use retired exams are not eligible for a refund.
  • Students who use Discounted Products will also not be eligible for the refund.
